FAQ’s For Delivery & Service Of Toilets

What is included in the price?

Pre-communications with your event manager, delivery to site, complete set up on site, your event hire period, all consumables, waste removal collection and GST.

Do you require a bond payment for all toilet hires?

Upon booking, we will ask for a credit card number as security.

What if we need to extend hire dates?

Just call us and if the unit is not prebooked we can extend the hire.

Does the ground need to be level?

Yes the ground needs to be reasonably level to install the luxury toilet suites, so they work properly and also for your own safety.

If we need to clean the toilets, what do we use?

To clean the units a gentle disinfectant such as diluted pine-o-clean is suitable.

Do the toilet trailers need access to power?

The suites only need power for the air conditioning/heater system. If there is power on site we will plug it in as a back up.

Can we move the toilet suites ourselves?

No, we deliver and set up all the luxury toilet suites. They must not be moved.

Do the toilet suites use chemicals?

Yes, they do have a chemical in the tank but it is a sealed system and the toilets only use fresh water to flush. They do not use waste water to flush unlike cheaper copies on the market.

What is required for the toilet trailers to work on-site?

This depends on the actual unit on hire. Our Stall Spa Suite Restroom trailers only require a power point for the air conditioning however we do like to fill the freshwater unit on site if possible. We do have generators for hire. If showers are hired we do require water on site although we do have tanks etc for hire.

Are the toilet trailers suitable for people with a dissability?

Unfortunately, no, however, we can arrange a Disabled Portable Toilet.

Update: in 2021 we are releasing an all-access ramp that will make the toilet trailers accessible to all our clients including those in wheelchairs. 

Where will you deliver toilet trailers too?

We travel as far as required subject to road conditions etc. We also have some units available in Sydney and Melbourne.

Do the luxury toilet suites have showers?

The Luxury Spa Suite Restrooms are toilets only, however, we do have Luxury Portable Ensuites which contain a hot shower, toilet and vanity or we do single Portable Hot Showers.

FAQ’s For Toilet Terms and Charges

What are your payment terms for hire?

Event terms is a 25% non-refundable booking fee and the remainder 14 days prior to delivery.

How long can I hire the toilet suite for?

There is no minimum or maximum hire period however the quote provided will cover delivery prior to your event and collection after.

FAQ’s For Toilet Hire For Corporate Events

What if my event has to be cancelled at the last minute?

If we can not rebook the unit to another party unfortunately there are no refunds
(This is to our discretion based on circumstances)

What is the toilet is damaged by one of our guests?

The person who booked and paid for the hire is responsible for all damages.

My event is on a public holiday, who do i contact in an emergency?

Yes, we have a 24/7 after hours duty manager who will work with you to solve the issue where possible. We do only place in our fleet products built with quality in mind to reduce any sort of breakdown.

Do you clean the toilet during my event?

It depends on the length of the event and the cleanliness the host requires. If the water or waste tanks need to be serviced during your event we do have that option. We also have the option of personally attending to the restrooms during your event.

How are the toilet trailers cleaned after an event?

As the hirer, it is your responsibility to ensure the luxury toilets are given a general clean out. All our luxury toilet trailers are hand detailed and cleaned prior to each hire.

How many toilets can I hire for my event?

You can book as many as you like but a general rule is 50 people per restroom/toilet. Don’t forget to count all your staff as well. A general rule is one toilet per 50 people however high-end events may have more toilets to avoid any waiting.

How far in advance of my event do i need to book?

To avoid disappointment when booking your luxury toilets, we suggest booking once your event date has been confirmed. We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit with the remainder due 14 days prior to delivery.

FAQ’s For Wedding Toilet Hire

Do you supply, toilet paper, paper towels and soap?

Yes, we supply all consumables including quality toilet paper, hand towels, and soap, deodorants, air freshener, facial tissues and the like. We can supply any other consumables you may require including fresh flowers.

How do we connect to the bluetooth speakers

The sound system is very easy to use. Our installers will show you how it works but usually, we leave the music choice up to you.

Do i need council approval if i'm hosting my wedding in a local park?

Yes, you may need council approval.
